Ken Warfel Fellowship

The Ken Warfel Fellowship is hereby established to distinguish and reward those poets who, like Ken, have made substantial contributions to their poetry communities and is intended to support their continuing efforts. The fellowship seeks to ensure the long term sustainability of a culture of poetry by investing in p0ets themselves. Fellowships are sponsored by poetrynight and are funded through the generous donations of the poetry community.

Each year, one or more poets will be selected as fellows through a regional competition.  Those fellows selected in 2012 will each receive a stipend from poetrynight in the amount of $1000.
